The denser the milk is, the better it is. Someone hold the opinion that thedenser the milk is, the more nutrition will be absorbed by the body. Actually,it is unscientific. The so-called thick milk is a compound of more milk powderand less water which makes the proportion go beyond the normal standard. Somepeople add milk powder into the fresh milk for fare that the milk is too light. If baby drinks overthick milk, he may get a diarrh(o)ea and a poor appetite, even more serious, a hunger strike or an acute bleeding small intestinesinflammation. It’s due to the weak organs of babys. They’re aren’t strong enoughfor heavy load and pressure.

The more sugar, the better. Many people believe that, milk without sugar isdifficult to digest. We add sugar in order to increase the heat, but it must bequantitative, usually 5 to 8 grams of sugar per 100 ml of milk. When to add insugar: the boiled milk should be cooled to warm(40℃-50℃) and then the sugar canbe added in.

Milk mixed with chocolate: some people think that milk belongs to the foodwith high protein. Chocolate contains much energy. Eating them together would bemuch beneficial. Actually the fact is not as they thought. Liquid milk withchocolate will make the calcium in milk and the oxalic acid in chocolate producea chemical reaction to produce calcium oxalate. so calcium becomes harmful toour health from helpful.

Taking medicines with milk kills too birds with one stone. Some people arguethat taking medicines wiht nutritious things surelyis benefitial. In fact it isextremely wrong. Dosing with milk can easily make a cover on the surface of themedication so that the efficacy will be weakened. What is worse, it can alsobring damage to the health. Therefore, you had better not drink any milk in oneor two hours around dosing.

Feeding the baby with yogurt: Yogurt is a healthy drink that helps digestion, and some parents often feed yogurt to their babies. However, the antibioticsproduced by the lactic acid bacteria in yogurt can inhibit the growth of manypathogens. At the same time, it destroys the growth conditions of normal florawhich is beneficial for human bodies. It will also affect the normal digestivefunction, particularly in infants and young children, who may suffer fromgastroenteritis in early births. If they are fed with yoghourt, enteritis andvomit will be aroused.
