How many kinds of breast implants?

In developed countries, professional plastic surgeons operate and choose the incision in the armpit, areola papillaris, breast ectocondyle or breast downside plica. The category of breast implants show as follows:

Silicon gel breast implants: better handle, but if the wound breaks, it will be harmful to body. It had been eliminated in 1991.

Injected water breast implants: there is a valve, so it is easy to leak.

Dual-chamber breast implants: including two above shortcomings, so it is seldom used in clinic.

Hydrogel and gel breast implants: it is widely used all over the world. With good handle, it is no harm to body if there is leakage, but the cost is higher.
