Fast food is quick and easy and, with all new dollar menu, can be a convenient option, too. But eat too much of the wrong kind of fast food can be unhealthy, with loads of saturated fat and excess calories.

Use these simple guidelines to choose easily the healthier choices from fast food every menu.

Salads tend to be healthier options, as long as you aren’t slathering on seasoning. Some salad dressings contain calories and fat grams as some of the most obvious troublemaker diet. Check out the nutritional information in the package of dressing before it will squirt on your salad.

Another tip: Try compressing the dressing on the side and dipping just the fork in the dressing before every bite.This is a great way to control the amount of seasoning they are consuming.

Healthy fast food means not that are limited to salads alone. There are a lot of other options which are equally tasty and filling. Just recognize what is real and what isn’t:

Try to avoid anything that was deep fried in oil.French fries and chicken nuggets aren’t health food.

Avoid sauces creamy loads of ingredients as mayonnaise and abundant extra cheese.Ask for extra vegetables such as tomatoes and lettuce instead.

If you are in a sub sandwich shop, replace bread wheat for white bread, go easy on meat and cheese and load on vegetables. Ignore the oil and mayonnaise.And keep in mind that mustard adds a lot of flavor without the calories of mayo.

When to order soups, opt for a soup with a broth instead of the variety based on cream.

Eat reasonable portions. Do not Supersize or upsize anything. in this case, you will be eating much more than just a portion.Avoid double hamburger and burgers with lots of extra, with the exception of vegetables.

Make a conscious effort to slow down when you eat. fast food restaurants tend to be strong places where everyone is in a hurry-two factors that can lead to eating too fast. when we eat too fast, we tend to eat more calories because we continue to eat beyond the point of satiety. Chew each bite ten to twenty times and put down your hamburger (or fork) between each bite. When you feel full, stop eating.

You can also cut a lot of calories by opting for water or unsweetened iced tea, instead of a 16 ounce (or more) lemonade or soda.

In General, better choices for healthy foods are a salad with minimum seasoning, a small hamburger with no cheese, a grilled chicken sandwich or a submarine sandwich on wheat bread.

Many fast food restaurants are making an effort to provide healthy options. experimenting with new foods and see if you can find new favorites instead of your standard double hamburger with French fries.
